The strategy performed in line with the Russell 1000 Growth Index for the first quarter, with favorable effects from biases toward lower valuations. Sector allocations added 0.3%, but the strategy was negatively impacted by fundamentals and other factors in our stock selection models as well as by underexposure to mega cap names.
