  • Universe: domestic stocks in the Russell 1000 Index, S&P 500 Index or over $3 billion in market capitalization
  • Benchmark: Russell 1000 Index
  • 80-120 holdings
  • Existing position maximum: 2% for any security
  • Sector: +/–3% vs. Russell 1000 Index
  • Maximum sub-industry weightings are limited to 3% above the benchmark weightings

To the extent a Fund’s expenses were reduced by waivers, the Fund’s total returns were increased. In these cases, the Fund’s total returns would have been lower had there been no waivers. The Russell 1000 Index is an unmanaged, market-capitalization-weighted total return index comprised of the largest 1,000 companies in the Russell 3000 Index. This unmanaged index is a total return index with dividends reinvested. One cannot invest directly in an index.

The S&P 500 Index consists of 500 widely held common stocks.  This unmanaged index is a total return index with dividends reinvested.  One cannot invest directly in an index.
