Investment Objective

A high level of current income and long-term growth of capital consistent with reasonable risk to capital.

The team seeks to combine the compounding effects of income and stock appreciation to target attractive risk-adjusted returns across cycles. The team targets the shares of durable businesses with the ability to grow shareholder dividends while trading at reasonable valuations.

Growth: Conduct fundamental, bottoms-up, research to identify companies with reinvestment opportunities to grow earnings and cash flow
