Summary Investment Guidelines

  • Universe: Russell 1000 and S&P 500 with:
    • Women in significant roles (at least one of the following): Chair Person or CEO, Board 33% Women, Women in Management 33%
    • Tilts towards companies which exhibit strong gender equality policies and practices
    • Promotes gender diverse values through proxy voting and shareholder resolutions
  • Benchmark: Russell 1000
  • 40-80 holdings
  • Initial position maximum: 2.5%
  • Existing position maximum: 4% for any security
  • Sector: +/–5% vs. Russell 1000
  • Maximum sub-industry weightings are limited to 2% above the benchmark weightings

*The Large Cap Women in Leadership US Equity Portfolio has a contractual management fee/expense waivers that continue through February 29, 2024. To the extent a Fund’s expenses were reduced by waivers, the Fund’s total returns were increased. In these cases, the Fund’s total returns would have been lower had there been no waivers. This is only applicable to the tabs with the Funds with the fee waiver.

The S&P 500 Index consists of 500 widely held common stocks.  This unmanaged index is a total return index with dividends reinvested. The Russell 1000 Index is an unmanaged, market-capitalization-weighted total return index comprised of the largest 1,000 companies in the Russell 3000 Index. This unmanaged index is a total return index with dividends reinvested. One cannot invest directly in an index.
